Wilhelm Construction ranks safety as its highest priority. We strive to achieve zero incidents on all of our projects. Our slogan, "think safely...then act safely," sets the pace for our program.
Wilhelm annually completes over 2 million manhours of self-perform work. This day-to-day field experience with our own employees gives us critical buy-in and ownership of all site safety programs. Our company goal is to have all of our 1,100 employees and the employees of all subcontractors leave their job at the end of the day in as good shape, or better, than when they arrived that morning.
An effective safety program begins at the top. Wilhelm management accepts the responsibility and drives our safety initiatives. Every employee from the president to apprentice is responsible for contributing to a safe work place.
