Wilhelm built the concrete superstructure for the 5th largest college basketball arena in the U.S. and new landmark in downtown Louisville, the KFC Yum! Center. As concrete contractor, Wilhelm erected the 22,000-seat arena and the adjoining 760-space parking structure. The KFC Yum! Center is located along the Ohio River, and is home for the University of Louisville men’s and women’s basketball programs. The arena also welcomes concerts, circuses, wrestling, boxing, ice shows and other large gatherings.
