Wilhelm is the construction manager for this 130,000 square foot addition to the NCAA national office. The addition will significantly enhance the availability of flexible space that can transition among various uses by adding 24,000 square feet of meeting and conference space in additional to 106,000 square feet of office space. This project is pursuing LEED silver certification.
