NCAA Headquarters and Hall of Champions

Wilhelm combined an historic building with new construction as general contractor for the NCAA Headquarters.  The primary structure contains office space and the Hall of Champions, an interactive museum.  In restoring the "superintendent's building" to adjoin the new construction, Wilhelm replaced more than 60% of the wood structural frame and reconstructed its north wall which had not originally been built on a foundation.  Wilhelm also built new steel frames to brace the other masonry-bearing walls.
