Wilhelm renovated the corporate headquarters of one of America’s largest health insurers located on Indiana’s most picturesque pedestrian space. Wilhelm gutted and renovated an existing three-story office building and added a fourth floor. The company also installed a new granite and glass exterior skin and large sky-lit atrium. New mechanical/electrical systems and sophisticated voice and data communications facilities were added. Wilhelm instituted safety programs to protect pedestrians and vehicles on busy Monument Circle.
