IMS Legends Plaza
The Legends Plaza renovation is part of Project 100, a much larger renovation project the Indianapolis Motor Speedway began in 2013 to prepare for 100th running of the Indianapolis 500. The goal of Project 100 is to provide more modern amenities and technologies for fans while retaining the historic nature of the track they love.
The Children's Museum of Indianapolis
The Children's Museum of Indianapolis strives to create extraordinary learning experiences across the arts, sciences and humanities that have the power to transform the lives of children and families. To keep the museum environment up to date, an expansion including a passenger drop-off for visitors, a soil detention draining system, improvements to freight access, an extension of the walkway over Illinois Street, relocation of the full-service public library and a new visitor’s entrance/Welcome Center to link the Museum’s full-service library to visitors was constructed. Wilhelm assured the safety of all visitors and staff, while maintaining a pro-active, schedule-driven approach to the construction project. Our team worked renovations and construction around museum events with thorough planning and execution, allowing the wing of the museum to remain operational throughout the construction process.
Ross-Ade Stadium South End Zone
Ross-Ade Stadium serves as the competition home to the Boilermaker’s Division 1 Football program. The renovation of the South End Zone provided a new 16,000-square-foot patio area for fans that features tailgate food and beverages as well as pergolas and benches.
Indiana Convention Center
With its award winning International Airport, its addition of the upscale JW Marriott, and its revitalized downtown, Indianapolis has become a competitive choice for companies looking to host events and conventions. Indianapolis is the complete package after the renovation and expansion of the Indiana Convention Center. The expansion of the center included 254,000 square-feet of exhibit space, 63,000 square-feet of meeting rooms, and 103,000 square-feet of pre-function and registration space. The Indiana Convention Center features a three-story glass enclosed entry pavilion and an enclosed walkway between their building and Lucas Oil Stadium.
