The transformation continues along the Canal Walk on the east edge of IUPUI’s urban campus. Wilhelm was general contractor for the Health Information and Translational Science Building. Wilhelm built a computing intensive environment for research and data analysis, teleconferencing facilities, an auditorium for 200 persons and seminar rooms. The Translation Science Building’s limestone, brick and glass exterior catches the eye along the revitalized Canal Walk. Wilhelm self performed all structural steel, concrete, and masonry work.
