A college's administration building nearly always defines the look of the campus. At the University of Indianapolis, Esch Hall is the principal older building. Wilhelm Construction was selected as design-builder/construction manager at-risk to retain the character of the old building while evolving its purpose and appearance. The four-story addition features classrooms, computer rooms, student lounges and radio and TV studios, along with some administrative offices.
