Wilhelm was construction manager for this 152-bed, seven story acute care hospital. Cost reductions, value engineering and phased construction – which kept the project moving forward while design decisions could be analyzed – resulted in a project delivered on time and on budget. Wilhelm's ability to self-perform its concrete, masonry and carpentry functions were key to the project's success.
