The University of Indianapolis has announced its newest campus construction project and contractor. Wilhelm Construction Company of Indianapolis will build South Hall, a residence hall that will open for the 2012-2013 school year.

Wilhelm is the general contractor of this state-of-the art five-story, 270,000 square foot Neuroscience Center and 942 car, six-level parking garage. The building will include an elevated pedestrian walkway spanning 16th Street connecting to the IU Health People Mover and IU Health Methodist Hospital. Wilhelm’s client is Landmark Healthcare Facilities who will develop, own, and manage the building.
