Cook Pharmica is a bridge between researchers and patients around the world, providing biopharmaceutical companies with a single-source model for the development, manufacturing, formulation and packaging of parenteral product lines. This Build-out project enabled Cook Pharmica’s Bloomington facility to be one of the few contract manufacturing services in the Midwest to use bioreactors to produce monoclonal antibodies targeting receptors within cells to deliver therapeutics. This promising area of pharmaceutical research involves tests for products and vaccines targeting more than 200 diseases.
DowAgro Quality Seed Lab
Dow AgroSciences is an exclusively owned subsidiary of the Dow Chemical Company specializing in agricultural chemicals such as pesticides and also seeds and biotechnology solutions. This project consisted of new office space, laboratory, and warehouse inside an existing building. The other half of the building was able to remain occupied throughout construction. Coordination and management of Wilhelm's work with the owner’s contractors led to successful planning of office furniture, temperature control structures, telecommunications/data, and certain other equipment items needed on a daily basis.
