Louisville Arena

Wilhelm is the trade contractor of two concrete packages totaling $42 million. The scope includes the concrete superstructure for the new 22,000-seat, 700,000 square foot downtown arena and adjacent 700-space, 240,000 square foot parking structure.


One Indiana Square

One Indiana Square stands 36 stories tall, which is the third highest building in Indianapolis.  Wilhelm is the Construction Manager for the over cladding of the building with a new, updated curtain wall system and the Interior renovations required for the new curtain wall.  

 
 IU Multidisciplinary Science Building II

Wilhelm is serving as general contractor on this 5-story building. This building will provide 65,000 square feet of space to house neuroscientists, biogeochemists, environmental scientists, and other researchers. MSB II will consist of a large amount of local limestone and slate. When construction is completed, it will form a courtyard with the Psychology Building, the Kelley School of Business Graduate & Executive Education Center, and the Fee Lane parking garage. The project is being constructed to obtain LEED silver certification.
