This waterfront residential development is located on the east end of Newport on the Levee – a popular retail and recreational center directly across the river from downtown Cincinnati. Aqua on the Levee includes retail space, a new Starwood aLoft Hotel, and more than 200 luxury apartments offering dynamic views of the river and the Cincinnati skyline.

Wilhelm self-performed the concrete parking structure and podium, nearly the length of a football field, for the upper construction of commercial, residential and hotel spaces.
