Wilhelm was hired as the Construction Manager on Phase II of the Four Winds Resort Hotel and Casino expansion which included construction of a new hotel and casino expansion. Wilhelm provided preconstruction services for the Pokagon Gaming Authority which included budgeting, estimating, value engineering, material selection, scheduling, and logistics planning. Additional scope included self-performing the concrete and masonry on this project. The new 5-star, 23-story hotel tower is a full-service hotel that includes a 24,000 SF event space, conference rooms, meeting rooms, a roof-top pool, and bar and grill. The new 485,000 SF hotel is complete with a 8,500 SF gaming expansion connecting the new tower and existing casino. The project was completed in January 2023.
