The Riverfront at Promenade Park which was a mixed-use project that built off the momentum of the City of Fort Wayne’s riverfront development. This development provides nearly 230 residential apartments, a 900-car parking garage, office, and retail space along the St. Mary’s River directly across the street from the city’s newest riverfront park, Promenade Park. There is approximately 30,000 SF of office space and nearly 15,000 SF of retail space. The garage was turned over for occupancy in January of 2022 and the apartments and commercial space was completed early 2023.
