The Collective at Midtown, located on the northeast corner of Veterans Way and 3rd St. SW and is the Headquarters for the Studio M Office, sharing ownership with KBSO Consulting, an engineering firm whom we often work alongside. The three-story, 30,000 SF building was completed in the first quarter of 2023. Studio M centralized their two previous office locations in downtown Carmel and Broad Ripple and combined them to occupy the second floor, with KBSO Consulting occupying the new building’s third floor. The first floor includes a lobby, The Studio M Interiors Team, The Studio M Makershop, and retail or commercial space for lease.
