Wilhelm served as the Construction Manager for a new, two-story building expansion and renovation. Wilhelm self-performed the concrete, structural steel fabrication/installation, masonry, and demolition. Included in the scope of work was constructing a covered courtyard structure complete with lockers and a storage shed. Additional scope of work included façade improvements, paint, new window installation, and a masonry knee wall surrounding the property along Market Street.
