4th Street Parking Garage

The 4th Street Parking Garage is the first garage in Indiana designed and built to achieve the “Parksmart” certification, based on compliance with guidelines that reduce environmental impact, increase energy efficiency and performance, and manage parking spaces efficiently. The garage features solar panels and electric vehicle charging stations.
Wilhelm served as the Construction Manager as constructor for the project, including decommissioning of the former 4th Street Garage, strategic planning of the new garage, and construction of the new facility. Additional scope included preconstruction services comprising of budgeting through design phases, value engineering, constructability reviews, scheduling, quality control management, and safety planning.
