Wilhelm provided Construction Management services for a five-story parking garage and site improvements at the 16 Tech Campus on the northwest side of Indianapolis.

The five-story parking structure provides long-term parking for the 50-acre district. The garage features 655 parking spaces with possible future expansion to increase the parking capacity to 975 spaces. The garage façade was designed to harmonize with the existing architecture.
