Located in the heart of busy and congested downtown Carmel, the location presented a logistical challenge. Wilhelm served as the design/build team to construct a six-level, 731 parking space structure. Additional scope included structure to support solar paneling on the roof. Working within the confines of an urbanized downtown area, Wilhelm successfully integrated aesthetics set by the City of Carmel. With strict guidelines for public procurement in the City of Carmel, Wilhelm provided transparency throughout the design and budgeting phases of this project.

The exterior precast walls are acid etched to mimic the stucco look of adjacent buildings. Thin brick then clads the precast at street level and at corner stair towers to reduce the building scale.
