Civic Square Parking Garage

Wilhelm served as the Design-Build Manager constructing a cast-in-place, post-tensioned parking garage with a brick facade. Standing three floors and covering 102,000 SF, the garage accommodates 303 parking spaces. Additional scope included the design and fitting of 50 electric vehicle chargers, a solar canopy, and an elevator.
The project also included an aqua swirl, a water quality unit designed to remove solids and prevent contamination from entering the sewer system.
