The Marion County Community Justice Campus (CJC) features a state-of-the-art Adult Detention Center with 3,039 permanent beds. This facility includes diverse functions such as Book-In Processing, Court Holding, Transfer Holding, and a Waived Juvenile Housing Unit, alongside essential amenities like a kitchen, laundry, and medical services.

Additionally, the CJC houses a 32-bed Medical Facility equipped with three eight-bed units, medical observation rooms, and isolation areas. Comprehensive healthcare services are provided, including a dialysis unit, radiology, physical therapy, and dental care, along with 277 dedicated Medical/Mental Health Beds in a maximum-security setting, ensuring a range of treatment options for inmates.
