This project consisted of a new 1.2 million SF distribution center which sits on a 27-acre property. The project included heavy equipment coordination and installation, and Wilhelm was able to overcome multiple challenges including a tight schedule, weather, and the sequencing of steel erection. Final stages of the rebuild included canopy and fencing installation, as well as completing joint filler on the interior slab.
