Wilhelm served as the Design-Build Manager constructing this 380,000 SF post-tension parking garage, providing 1,200 parking spaces along with two elevator towers and pedestrian bridge connecting to the hospital. This new facility supports St. Vincent’s expanding healthcare needs.

Wilhelm managed all aspects of the project design and construction, including concrete work, structural excavations, masonry, flooring, structural steel fabrication, and structural erection. The parking garage design features upgraded elements which integrate with the existing hospital design. Architectural fins on the North and West elevations display the Ascension logo across three stories and feature programmable lights for customizable color displays. The South and East façades feature undulating perforated metal panels allowing natural light during the day and illuminate at night.
