Wilhelm was the Construction Manager on this project and self-performed the concrete, masonry, structural steel, and carpentry. As the Construction Manager, Wilhelm provided preconstruction services for the Embassy including budgeting, estimating, value engineering, material selection, scheduling, and logistics planning.
