Wilhelm was the Construction Manager for this new, high-rise addition to the Indianapolis skyline. The 208,000 SF, 15-story hotel has 316 rooms and is in the heart of downtown Indianapolis at the corner of Pennsylvania and Georgia Street. Additional scope included construction of an 8-level, 382 space parking garage with a pedestrian connector.

Wilhelm was involved in the design process, provided preconstruction services, and served as Construction Manager for the client. Preconstruction services included budgeting, estimates, value engineering, material selection, scheduling, and logistics planning.
