Hotel Indy pays homage to great individuals from Indianapolis as well as the city’s arts and cultural offerings. Fast-tracked because the building was in excellent condition, the 90-room hotel replaces much of the façade on the first two levels with glass and added a rooftop patio area on the northwest corner. This renovation project turned an old office building into a state-of-the-art boutique hotel. The building is 76,180 SF.

Wilhelm was involved early in the design process, provided preconstruction services, and served as the Construction Manager for the client. Preconstruction services included budgeting, estimates, value engineering, material selection, scheduling, and logistics planning.
