Firefighter’s Union Hall
Indianapolis, IN
This project has involved an addition to the existing Union Hall and renovation of the two-story existing hall. The hall contains meeting space, offices, a museum, and an interactive kids area. The interactive Survive Alive! Program uses the hall’s second floor to create a home-like environment used to educate children on fire safety by simulating the fire and smoke of a real free equipping children with life-saving skills to escape. Running concurrent with the new Firefighters Credit Union next door, Wilhelm self-performed the concrete and carpentry on this project.

“Wilhelm did a good job on this project. They were fair and diligent and took care of issues as they came up. They stayed on top of the project and kept everything on schedule. The project team was very thorough, they stuck to business, and they were very fair. What I mean by fair, they were looking out for the contractor and owner at the same time. It wasn’t one-sided.”
