Located in the heart of downtown Indianapolis, the Neuroscience center facade is designed to mimic brainwave patterns. An elevated pedestrian walkway spanning 16th Street connects this new facility. Wilhelm served as the general contractor for this state-of-the-art, five-story, 270,000 SF Neuroscience Center and 942-car, six-level parking garage. The Neuroscience Center achieved a LEED Gold certification by the U.S. Green Building Council. The project was finished on schedule and within the owner’s budget.
