Indiana University (IU) Health is the largest network of physicians in the state of Indiana. IU Health is transforming its downtown medical campus by expanding its footprint and building a new 1.5M SF hospital. The new hospital will combine adult services into one location and further IU Health’s vision of creating a new model of care.

The new facility will include more than 800 inpatient beds, 50 operating rooms, and a full-service outpatient center. With an anticipated 2027 completion, the new hospital will serve the community for generations to come. F.A. Wilhelm Construction, in a joint venture with Gilbane Building Company, is serving as Construction Manager.
