In partnership with Kettelhut Construction, Wilhelm was the Construction Manager for a new public safety building and parking garage located in downtown Lafayette. The project includes a 110,000 SF police station and 500-600 car garage dedicated to city staff, police vehicles (including Sally port), and the public.

With a continued focus on public spaces that serve the community, the site has a green space between the parking garage and safety building for events, meetings, and public gatherings. The new building provides the police with new technologies which will allow them to have more time for community involvement and policing.
