Wilhelm is serving as the CMc to complete renovations and addition to the R. Wayne Estopinal Architecture and Planning Building, University Theatre Building, Arts and Communications Building, and Hargreaves Music Building. The project will be multi-phased and includes replacing and updating major mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Additional scope includes reconfiguration of the existing spaces to better suit current and proposed future uses, updating finishes, sound proofing, HVAC improvements, and installing a new roof. The building addition will also include a redesigned area designed to encourage student engagement, collaboration, and innovation.
