This 80,000 SF existing, two-story building was gutted and remodeled from a dry product pharmaceutical facility to a high-speed fill line facility. This was only half of the building and Wilhelm coordinated all the work for the other half to stay operational. The first floor, 40,000 SF SOG was removed, a basement under the filling line was added and old process lines removed and installed new underground process and sanitary lines. Entire SOG poured back, all new mechanical, process, plumbing and electrical installed.

The second floor, 40,000 SF was 100% mechanical space with AHU’s, process equipment, electrical and telecom rooms. Penthouse was only gutted and left for future expansion. Roof work to remove old penetrations and install all new vents. Approximately 5,000 SF new personnel corridor built for access to the building. SOG, steel structure, insulated metal panel.
