Wilhelm was selected as the CMc to provide leadership for their COVID-19 Vaccine Vial Filler Line Project. The project was part of the Department of Defense Project Warp Speed. This 13,000 SF project was constructed in an existing warehouse facility with a CMc /Integrated Delivery Team. The facility included: formulation, vial fill line, locker/gown rooms and all associated utility processes.

The project was completed on schedule and under budget. Of special note, the project was completed in nine months from conception to commissioning.
