Wilhelm was charged with providing a detailed budget estimating service for Basis of Design level documents over a three-week period. The project consisted of demolishing an existing 40,000 SF building and constructing a new three-level structure. Building requirements included fitting out for two new aseptic filler lines including all associated support rooms, utility spaces, and equipment rooms.
