The University of Kentucky Transportation Master Plan included building a new parking structure to serve the needs of students, faculty and staff. Wilhelm served as the CMc to build a six-story structure holding 903 parking spaces and 15,000 SF of mixed-use space on the ground floor. Additional scope included creating space to help the university’s efforts to promote innovation for students, staff, and the community.
