Wilhelm is serving as the Construction Manager on the new student center. Work includes demolition of the existing Sparks Center building and construction of the new Campus Center in its place. Project also consists of the Campus Electrical Upgrade and the Central Utility Plant.

As part of this engagement, Wilhelm provided master planning and feasibility study services related to the project and various site improvements.
