This project involved construction for multiple utility interconnections from the Purdue University Wade Utility Plant to a third-party energy plant. Work included: structural steel pipe rack arbors and concrete foundations, three (3) new condensate pumps, steam and condensate piping, new sanitary sewer manhole and connection, below grade utilities crossing railroad right of way, new utility tunnel vault, instrumentation and controls for the new condensate pump control system, and a new monitor screen for monitoring the third-party plant operations.
