Fuse student housing is located near the Purdue University campus and Mackey Arena. The apartments are fully furnished, with an on-site gym.

Wilhelm served as the concrete contractor on this mixed-use space. The structure includes underground parking, four floors of residential space, and one level of retail space. This project also features designated parking for bicycles.
