Hillenbrand Hall opened in 1993 and has served as a residence for numerous students for decades. Wilhelm is serving as the CMc to complete the renovations and new construction of an eight story, 900-bed residence hall. Additionally, this project included campus utility relocations, renovations to the existing dining hall, new concrete basement and podium, structural metal studs, interior buildout (including classrooms), and finishes. Project will be completed in early 2026.
