Wilhelm served as part of the Design-Build team to construct a five-level, 954-car parking structure. The garage was built on geopiers as a cast-in-place structure. Construction was completed nearly one month ahead.

The architecture façade features ivy planting boxes designed to obscure the view of cars on each level. The architecture integrates the historic surroundings while advancing the city’s reputation as a haven for contemporary design. Wilhelm served as the design/build self-performing the concrete, iron work, and carpentry.
