Henry Street Bridge
As part of the White River Innovation District project, this consists of the construction of the Henry Street Bridge, a 65‑foot‑wide multi‑modal crossing spanning the White River between Washington Street and Oliver Street in Indianapolis. The bridge improves connectivity between the west side and downtown, reduces congestion on surrounding roadways, and integrates with the area’s evolving transportation infrastructure. The work includes coordination of structural components, roadway approaches, and connections within a constrained urban environment.
The bridge provides dedicated vehicular lanes along with bicycle and pedestrian accommodations, supporting the continued expansion of the Indianapolis Cultural Trail while enhancing safe and efficient movement for residents, commuters, and visitors. This project strengthens multimodal access across the river and supports long‑term connectivity goals within the Innovation District.
