This project involves collaboration during design development and construction documentation to plan and implement improvements to the Richard A. Carlucci Recreation & Aquatic Center. The renovation of the 114,000 SF building will be executed in multiple phases as part of a Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) program.

The project phases include roof repairs and renovations, restroom and locker room remodeling, fitness room flooring replacement, wallcovering updates, ADA hardware upgrades, and other facility-wide enhancements.
