Wilhelm constructed the 2,700,000 SF Indianapolis International Airport (IIA) parking garage in 2008. The original structure housed 5,900 public parking spaces and 1,200 rental spaces. The facility featured advanced amenities such as moving walkways leading to the terminal, ATM-style ticketing kiosks for efficiency, and an electronic mapping system to direct drivers to available parking spots.

In 2022, IIA hired Wilhelm as the GC to build the 500,000 SF expansion adding 500 public parking spaces and 1,000 rental spaces. The architectural design harmonized with the existing structure creating a seamless expansion.  Additional scope included technological advancements such as the installation of a solar canopy that spanning the entire addition.
