Eskenazi’s expansive healthcare campus covers 37 acres in a prime downtown area. Wilhelm served as the general contractor for this project. The parking garage features a cast-in-place, post-tensioned structure, three entrances, and three stair/elevator towers.

Additional scope included installation of architectural panels on the façade designed to create a dynamic visual effect. The metal panels were designed to change color depending on the viewing angle, imparting a sense of movement and innovation to the structure.

Wilhelm played a crucial role on this project ensuring precision in construction and seamless integration of the unique design features that characterize Eskenazi’s healthcare campus.
