This project involved the construction and commissioning of a Central Utility Plant (CUP) to serve the Community Justice Campus’ critical infrastructure needs. The CUP will provide reliable and efficient energy services, including electricity, heating, cooling, and steam, to support campus operations. The facility will be strategically located to optimize energy distribution and ensure resilience in the face of potential power disruptions.
