The Walnut Grove Center project for Indiana University consisted of two buildings comprised of 240,000 SF located directly to the West of the existing McNutt dormitory and dining facility on campus. The North Housing facility provides a mix of residential features including lounges, study rooms, restrooms, and building support spaces. Wilhelm served as General Contractor on the project.
